Total tuition and fees for the 24-month Physician Assistant Studies program is $113,497 for students matriculating in January 2026 and is subject to change for future cohorts.

Additional costs such as medical equipment, costs related to health requirements, background checks, and living expenses are not included in the tuition and fees. Estimated costs for many of these items are listed below. 

  • Living Expenses: will vary, see Housing Options
  • Additional expenses incurred by traveling to and housing at distant clinical rotation sites, including out-of-state sites will vary
  • Individual Health Insurance is required at student's own expense: see the Wellness Center for recommendations. It is mandatory that all PAS students carry health insurance throughout the entire 24-month program. Proof of health insurance is required prior to matriculation.
  • Criminal Background/Sex Offender registry check: $56 initial (Year 1) / $29 re-check (Year 2)
  • Urine drug screen (10-panel): $52 ( Year 1) / $52 (Year 2)
  • Laptop computer: required for class daily with fully charged battery; must be able to connect to university Wi-Fi
  • Books and software as required by course: $150–$200 (most books are included in tuition as electronic databases)
  • Medical equipment: $700–$1,000
  • Clinical Uniforms: $120–$150
